FindMyBeat is a beat protection platform that helps music producers identify unauthorized use of their beats across the internet. Our service includes:

• Audio fingerprinting and analysis
• Beat identification and matching
• Detection reporting and alerts
• Copyright protection assistance

3. User Accounts and Credits

To use our service, you must create an account. Each account includes:

• 5 free analysis credits upon registration
• 1 credit is consumed per beat analysis
• Additional credits may be requested by contacting credits@findmybeat.com
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use FindMyBeat only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Upload content that you do not own or have rights to
• Use the service to infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our systems
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you upload to FindMyBeat. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process and analyze your audio files
• Store metadata and analysis results
• Provide detection and monitoring services

We do not store your original audio files after processing.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

7. Service Availability
